Vitamin B-2 100 mg is a source of vitamin B2, known as riboflavin, which is needed in several processes in the human body. Riboflavin contributes to optimal metabolism, which is important for energy production. It is useful for maintaining healthy red blood cells, healthy skin or good eyesight. Vitamin B2 also contributes to the functioning of the nervous system, the maintenance of healthy mucous membranes and the metabolism of iron.
