Vitamin D3 2000 IU is a source of vitamin D in form of rapidly absorbable softgel capsules. Vitamin D is mainly taken from sunlight, but in case of lack of vitamin D, it is advisable to supplement it. It supports immune system and helps to maintain healthy bones, muscles and teeth.
Vitamin D3 2000 IU contains vitamin D, which is usually taken from sunlight, but when it is lacking, for example during winter month, it is necessary to supplement vitamin D. Vitamin D is important for functioning of immune system and maintaining healthy teeth, bones and muscles. It contributes to the use of calcium and phosphorus, but also to normal calcium level in the blood. Each softgel capsule contains 50 µg of vitamin D, which is 1000 % of recommended daily intake.
Take 1 softgel daily with food.
